Am sure we all hate smelly stuff..as in those with bad bad bAAAad stench! imagine going to a public toilet to find the best aroma you can most probably find in Hell!. Sucks. And the problem exist alot here…the civic conscious society whom we claim to be are not really that..er..civilized i suppose :PBest if we are to do for some functions, especially if its a business function, just to find ourselves meeting a person with a smell! Heck, its worst if you are the one with the smell! Ahaha…get urself some nice fragrance. Hugo Boss or Christian Dior would be recommended, but if you need to look at the available choices first, head on to the new perfume blog . Got plenty of choices and info over there.

 Maestro Ilayaraja always shows great interest in the debutant director”s projects and gives a new dimension to their scripts with his outstanding music. Chandhiranath, a former assistant of P Vasu, is such an example. This music genius has given this director 6 extraordinary songs with in just 30 minutes. Chandhiranath, who is making his directorial debut, now is now turned as a director with a film titled. The film, which is touted to be a refreshing love story, borrows its title from the opening lines of a hit yesteryear song.

The film also marks the debut of six newcomers, namely Akash, Rajith, Rathan Litika, Mridhula and Lakshana. Chandranath says, “I was fortunate enough to get great tunes from our Maestro Ilayaraja sir. My association with him dates back many years. In fact, when I informed him of my debut, he was so glad that he sat down immediately to listened to the story of my film. And in just a couple of hours, he came up with six mind-blowing tunes.”

The actor’s dear friends and co-stars in several films Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan visited the special show, awarded him memento and lauded his marvelous effort. Other Kollywood artists who graced the occasion were Latha Rajinikanth, Soundarya Rajinikanth, Dhanush, Aishwarya Dhanush, and Gouthami.

The stars praising words about the drama has taken Chennai’s interest about this drama to greater levels.

 Mr & Ms Chennai Times talent hunt was held at Ethiraj college with Actor R. Madhavan and Singer Chinmayi as judges. A total of 20 colleges participated and from that Mr Chennai Times winner was Sachin and Ms Chennai Times winner was declared as Vaidheki. This is a talent hunt conducted in all the colleges of the city to bring out the talent in the young students.

அடுத்த மார்ச் மாதம் நடைபெறும் மஇகா  தேர்தலில், தலைவர் பதவிக்குத் தாம் போட்டியிடப் போவதாக அக்கட்சியின் மூத்த அரசியல்தலைவர் எம் முத்துப்பழனியப்பன் இன்று அறிவித்துள்ளார்.

“இது தொடர்பாக மஇகாவிடமிருந்தும் இந்திய சமூகத்தினரிடமிருந்தும் அமோக ஆதரவையும் ஆசிகளையும் நான் பெற்று வருகிறேன்”, என்று மலேசியா கினியிடம் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

கடந்த 30 ஆண்டுகளாக தலைவர் பதவியில் இருந்து வரும் சாமிவேலுவுக்கு எதிராக தாம் போட்டியிடப் போவதாக நேற்று அந்த முன்னாள்  மஇகா உதவித் தலைவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

அவரது கருத்தின்படி, கட்சி மற்றும்  இந்நாட்டில் உள்ள இந்தியர்களின் சமூக -பொருளாதார நன்மைக்காக போட்டியிடுவதென தீர்மானித்துள்ளதாக கூறுகிறார்.

“மஇகாவுக்கும் சமூகத்துக்கும் நான் மாற்றங்களை கொண்டு வருவேன்,” என்றவர் உறுதி வழங்கியுள்ளார்.

சமுதாயத்தின் பல்வேறு நிலைகளில் உள்ளவர்களை ஐக்கியப்படுத்தி வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டியதன் தேவை உள்ளதாக 68 வயதான சிரம்பானில் அலுவலகத்தை கொண்டுள்ள அந்த வழக்குரைஞர் கூறினார்: “ஒற்றுமை வெற்றியின் திறவுகோல்.”

மேலும், கட்சியிலிருந்து வெளியேற்றப்பட்ட மஇகா தலைவர்களையும் உறுப்பினர்களையும் மீண்டும் சேர்த்துக் கொள்வதற்கும் மூடப்பட்ட கிளைகளுக்கு புத்துயிரூட்டுவதற்கும் அவர் சூளுரைத்துள்ளார்.

இதுதான், கட்சிக்கு புதிய தோற்றமளிக்கும் நடவடிக்கையின் அர்த்தம். வெவ்வேறு அணிகளை ஒன்றாக திரள செய்வதற்கு தம்மால் முடியும் என்றும் அவர் கூறுகிறார்.

1979ஆண்டு மத்திய செயலவைக்கு முத்துப்பழனியப்பன் முதல் முறையாக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டார். அதே ஆண்டு நெகிரி செம்பிலான் மஇகா தலைவராகவும் இளைஞர் அணித் தலைவராகவும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.

1980ல் அவர் செனட்டராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். ஈராண்டுகளுக்குப் பின், சி ருசா சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். அதை தொடர்ந்து நெகிரி செம்பிலான் ஆட்சிமன்ற உறுப்பினராக நியமனம் பெற்றார்.

1987லும் 1991லும் உதவித் தலைவர் பதவிக்குப் போட்டியிட்டு தோல்வி கண்டார்.

1997ல் உதவித் தலைவராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். ஆனால் 2000 ஆண்டிலுல் 2006 ஆண்டிலும் நடந்த தேர்தலில் அப்பதவியைத் தக்க வைப்பதில் தோல்வி கண்டார்.

“சாமிவேலுவை எதிர்த்துப் போட்டி”

நேற்று, கட்சியின் உச்சப் பதவிக்குத் தாம் போட்டியிடப்போவதாக  முத்துப் பழனியப்பன் விடுத்த அறிவிப்பு, “மஇகா அரசியல் குழப்பங்களிலிருந்து விடுபட்டுள்ளது” என்ற சாமிவேலுவின் கூற்றுக்கு ஒரு பலத்த அடியென பெர்னாமா செய்தி வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

கடந்த இரண்டு வாரங்களாக உறுப்பினர்களையும் அடித்தட்டு தலைவர்களையும் தாம் சந்தித்துள்ளதாயும், அவர்களிடமிருந்து “ஊக்கமூட்டும் ஆதரவு கிடைத்துள்ளதாயும்” அந்த தேசிய செய்தி நிறுவனத்திடம் முத்துப் பழனியப்பன் கூறியுள்ளார்.

“மஇகா, தேசிய முன்னணி மற்றும் மலேசிய இந்தியர்களின் நன்மைக்காக சாமிவேலுவை எதிர்த்துப் போட்டியிட வேண்டும் என நான் கருதுகிறேன்.”

வரும் மார்ச் மாதம் மஇகா தலைவர் தேர்தல் நடைபெறுகிறது. அதே வேளை துணைத் தலைவர், மூன்று உதவித் தலைவர்கள், 23 மத்திய செயலவை உறுப்பினர்கள் ஆகியோருக்கான தேர்தல் செப்டம்பரில் நடத்தப்படும்.

கட்சித் தலைவர் பதவியை தாம் தக்க வைத்துக் கொள்ளப் போவதாக சாமிவேலு ஏற்கனவே அறிவித்துள்ளார், இப்பதவிக்குப் போட்டியிருக்காதென தொடக்கத்தில் எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்டது.

ஆனால்  50 கிளைகளிடமிருந்து நியமனங்களை முத்துப் பழனியப்பன் பெற்றால், அப்பதவிக்கு சவால்  விடுக்கலாம்.

கட்சி விதியின்படி, தலைவர் பதவிக்குப் போட்டியிடும் ஒரு வேட்பாளர் 50 நியமனங்களைப் பெற வேண்டும்.

ஒவ்வொரு நியமனமும் ஒரு கிளையின் குழு உறுப்பினரால் முன்மொழியப்பட்டு, மேலும் ஐந்து குழு உறுப்பினர்களால் வழிமொழியப்பட வேண்டும்.

மஇகா தலைவரை தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதற்கு ஒவ்வொரு கிளையின் குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் தங்களது வாக்குகளைச் செலுத்துவர். தேசியப் பதவிகளை பொதுப் பேரவையில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் 1500 பேராளர்கள் முடிவு செய்வர்.

துணைத் தலைவர் பதவிக்குப் போட்டி

மற்றொரு பெர்னாமா செய்தி, துணைத் தலைவர் பதவிக்கான  போட்டி மீது கவனம் செலுத்தியது. இப்பதவிக்குப் பல தலைவர்கள் போட்டியிடலாமென எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

மஇகாவின் அடுத்த தலைவராகுவதற்கு துணைத் தலைவர் பதவி மீது பலர் குறி வைத்துள்ளதாக மூத்த தலைவரும் கட்சி தலைமைச் செயலாளருமான  எம் மகாலிங்கம் கூறுகிறார்.

“ஆனால் இவர்கள், அடித்தட்டு உறுப்பினர்கள், அதாவது இளைஞர்கள் மற்றும் முதியவர்களின் ஆதரவை முதலில் பெற வேண்டியது அவசியம்,”என்றாரவர்.

1979ல், வி மாணிக்கவாசகம் காலமானதை தொடர்ந்து  இடைக்காலத் தலைவராகவும் 1981ல் தலைவராகவும் சாமிவேலு பொறுபேற்றார்.

முன்னாள் துணைத்தலைவர் எஸ் சுப்ரமணியம், நடப்பு துணைத் தலைவர் ஜி பழனிவேல், உதவித் தலைவர் எஸ் சோதிநாதன், தலைமைச் செயலாளர் டாக்டர் சுப்ரமணியம் ஆகியோர் துணைத் தலைவர் பதவிக்குப் போட்டியிடலாம் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

ஆயினும்  “வளரும் நட்சத்திரமாக”  கருதப்படும் எம் சரவணன் இக்களத்தில் இறங்கும் சாத்தியம் நிராகரிக்கப்படவில்லை என்றும் கட்சிப் பார்வையாளர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர்.

“நான் யாரையும் பெயர் குறிப்பிட விரும்பவில்லை. இந்த ஒரே காரணத்துக்காக (பெயர் குறிப்பிட்ட) அவர்கள் சாமிவேலுவின் ஆதரவை பெறாது போகலாம். அவர்களது வாய்ப்புகளை நான் சீர்குலைக்க விரும்பவில்லை,” முத்துப்பழனியப்பன் இவ்வாறு குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.

இதனிடையே தமிழ் நேசன் - சாமிவேலுவுக்குச் சொந்தமானது - துணைத் தலைவர் பதவிக்கு சரவணன் போட்டியிடுவாரா என வினவும் கட்டுரையொன்றை இன்று வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

Hello Guys, sorry for not updating my blog for the past 3 weeks. Just have been busy with Deepavali Celebration and some other important stuff. As everyone knows, I have been blogging about our nation’s first WiMAX service since it was rolled out on August 2008 by Packet One. And given that I am blogging about WiMAX and my blog content has a lot of technology reviews, last week few bloggers & I was invited by Packet One to test all the packages at their new office at Jalan Templer, Petaling Jaya.

The event started at 3.00p.m with touring the new Packet One building. The first visit was to view on how the networks are managed and to view what are the technologies involved behind the WiMAX services. Secondly we were brought to the staff recreation centre. At the moment they are only having a pool table and Foss ball. And since the office was not launched officially yet, there are few items lacking there. Such as Ogawa Massagers, they gym equipments and Sony Playstation 3. Even they have already fixed the plasma TV…;) Finally we were brought to the auditorium which accommodate 200++ people which was designed beautifully.
